Devon, as I'm sure you're aware there's a big issue with supply chain shortages across the country, some of the supplement manufacturers are backordered on products. We split shipped your order so we could get out to you what we had in stock and were going to ship the rest once it arrived from the manufacturer. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience.

Christian, USPS has been terrible lately with delivering to wrong cities and states. I just checked your order and see it was delivered to a different city on than your address on your order. I'm unsure how you attempted to reach out to us ie phone, email, chat but I've passed along your order to our customer service team and they'll be contacting you to see if you'd like a reship or a refund. Chris, we apologize for any delays on delayed shipping items. We put that warning up there so people are aware there will be a delay with the shipping as the industry is still experiencing a lot of supply chain issues. Many people still like to order these items to be the first in que for when they are restocked, if you're not willing to wait avoid the shipping delayed items. As far as coupon codes go our volume discounts ie buy 2 prohormones save $10 off each bottle is typically a better deal than any coupon code you're going to find, however if for some reason your coupon is better than a volume discount feel free to contact our customer service team and we would be happy to apply whichever is a greater deal for you.
