Charles, our Mystery Boxes are just that a Mystery, you don't necessarily know what's going to be inside them. Customers sometimes contact us and say I don't take XYZ supplement so this box isn't useful to me, again it's a Mystery. We do try to pack these boxes with value and typically there's well over $100 worth of products ranging from preworkouts to aminos to vitamins and various other supplements. You're welcome to contact our customer service team if you'd like to explain what the issue was and we will see what we can do to remedy the situation.

Hello Arizona, we've attempted to look into this but have no record of an order from an Arizona Flash, if you'd like to contact us with your real name we'd be happy to look into it further. We offer a very cheap shipping insurance for just a buck or 1% of the order value which you had a chance to purchase, had you purchased it we would have re-shipped another order no questions asked. When customers don't purchase shipping insurance we will still right a situation for you, though we do ask you to first contact the post office to open an investigation.
