2-5 bus days is really 10-12... Or more.
Though I will tell you why BPN is catastrophically inept, I will start by saying I'm happy that these guys provide plenty of discounted prices and a massive range for garden of life stuff. But holy crap, does it really take more than two weeks to ship some supplements? Maybe there's just that one that out of stock and they understandably don't want to fork out shipping for a tiny package that could have gone with the rest of the package. The reason I say maybe is because they don't tell you. There is no official responded reason as to why something that clearly says the delivery should take five business days, takes over two weeks every single time we order: every time, this is not a once-off occurrence. So we are consistently in the dark as to why close to $1000 worth of supplements never makes it to our door in 2 to 5 business days. We ordered things from Vitacost that were out of stock upon ordering, and they came to us far quicker than the best priced nutrition things did. The reason I say they came to us for quicker, is because we ordered them 4 days later and have already received them. We still have not received what we ordered from bestpricenutrition. This happens every single time we order through bestpricenutrition. It's freaking frustrating, and if it weren't for the good prices we would look for supplements anywhere else: a large industrial trashcan, some Somali pirates, or even Vladimir Putin. International shipping with these jokers is abysmal. We placed the order on April 16; it is currently May 7. It is also currently ridiculous. On Monday it will be 16 business days. May be this and all of their stock by sailboat. Maybe I don't actually live in Australia, but I really live in the closed communist country. But since none of those things are true, I don't know why it takes so ridiculously long to get us our stock. BPN, you are worthless.

We do apologize about this. I see some of the products were out of stock and others were low stock, which was stated on the website, but it can be missed.
