Hi Mendonca - Your order was caught up in our 3rd party fraud system and flagged as fraud. Because you are writing a review here we are guessing this was not fraud. While it does catch all the fraud attempts (we get dozens per day), some innocent orders are caught as well. We do apologize for the confusion this has caused.

This was due to our 3rd party fraud system declining your order. We do apologize if this was not correct. We get a few dozen fraud attempts per day, which is why we have this system in place. We have had some complaints out this, so we are going to make a change to the way this works. Instead of it just declining your order, we will also email you as soon as it happens to give you the explanation why the order was declined. We hope this will resolve future issues.

Hi Nikki - I do apologize about this. We launched our new website over the weekend and some orders were not processed correctly during the move. One was yours. We did just email you this morning with a 15% off coupon code to place your order with. We do apologize. This is the first website update we have done in 5 years and we ran into some technical issues.
