Hi - I looked into this order and it was delayed because one of your products you ordered was out of stock. It should have showed this on the website and in your order confirmation. BSN Syntha-6 2.91 lbs SKU: 834266006359 Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed Once we got it back in stock, your order shipped. Looks like it shipped out on the 27th and you received it on the 30th. Part of that was because of the weekend. I hope this better explains it. If it was in stock, you would have received it much more quickly.

We do apologize. We just launched our new website and we have been having some inventory connection issues with our system. We are working hard to resolved this.

Hi Darren - We are sorry you had a bad experience with our company. I looked into your order and the status did say "Low Stock - Shipping May Be Delayed". This shows when we have one product left in stock. The issue is another customer had purchased it from one of the 3rd parties we are listed on, which is why we were unable to ship. I looked at our records and on January 19th at 1:41pm CST we left you a message on the phone number you provided asking if you wanted to switch this product out with another, or wait, as we wouldn't be getting this product in until the following week.
