Hi Sara - When you placed your order, one of your products stated Out of Stock and the other stated Low Stock. This is why the wait for shipping. We do apologize for any confusion this caused. Your package did ship out on July 28th.

I received damaged product I was refunded but I was also told I would receive a replacement for inconvenience because I opened the box and made a big mess in my car and then I never received the new one

Hi Marlaina, Due to the reshipped package being damaged during delivery as well, we stated we would just refund you instead of reshipping yet another package. We do apologize for the confusion, but you should see your refund under your credit card by now.

Best Price Nutrition is definitely a place to recommend. The supplement I ordered has been discontinued for over a year so it was exciting to see the product could still be purchased. Best Price were running a promotion for a fat burner along with the supplement and it was indicated upon purchase that it was currently out of stock. After about 5 days, I did inquire about my order and within 48 hrs they let me know that the delay was a manufacturer stock issues and I had an option for a refund or for another supplement of equal or lesser value. As they had the supplement I wanted, I was fine sbout not receiving the fat burner. They helped me find an alternative and my shipment arrived in 2 days. Best Price Nutrition were helpful and informative and I would recommend them to anyone!
