Received 4 products however 1 was covered in dust and had expired over a year ago. Asked for replacement product and was told it would be shipped 2-3 days and 2-3 weeks have gone past and still waiting on product to arrive in their warehouse and no further communication. so have asked for refund instead. Customer service is fine but sending a product that had expired a year prior and promised to send a replacement product and after 3 weeks still waiting..... unacceptable.

I couldn't purchase the product I wanted to buy because they didn't trust my Paypal account even if i sent them the required information, which,in my opinion, was too much and too personal. How does people suppose to buy at this shop from abroad? I will never try to buy anything at this shop and I would not recommend it to anyone.
