Hello Joe, we looked into your order and it looks as though you placed your order after 1 PM Central Time, which is our cutoff time for same-day shipping. We shipped out your order the very next day and it was delivered to your PO Box after just 3 days of transit. We deeply apologize for any confusion, however in the future to receive same-day shipping all orders must be placed before 1PM Central Time. We have a fully staffed customer service team at our facility that is ready and willing to answer any questions you may have. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve your experience with us. Edit - Hi Joe, we apologize if we misunderstood your review. We are certainly willing to provide samples with any order. Please reach out to the customer service team and include your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We constantly have promotions running for free items; right now there are a couple of different pre-workouts that come with free shaker bottles. Please contact our customer service team directly with your order number and we would be happy to look into this further for you.
