I received a package from Best Price Nutrition that had clearly been miss handled by the shipping company. The bottle I received was busted along with the pills inside. I email them that night and the very next day they responded and sent me a brand new bottle with other samples included! Not only do they have great products, but fantastic customer service!!!!

Constantly shopping, I'll always find products @ equal, or even better, LOWER here.

The Best Nutrition web site indicated on multiple occasions of visiting their site that if you placed an order, it would normally ship the same day the order was received. However, my order took a full month to get to me. I received no notice that there was a delay with my order, or any explanation, until they had finally shipped it .... and then this was strictly a notice that it had been shipped, w. no explanation whatsoever. After this, in contacting the company, bc of another concern, I learned that the item was O/S, altho' the web-site didn't say that when I placed the order. Another deficient experience is that I was not able to get connected w. anyone on their on-line chat either, in order to discover the reason for the extreme delay in shipping my order.

First time I bought from this company. Did not know they do not ship 'refrigeratable' probiotics WITHOUT ICE. Package lost in Florida/Georgia for SIX DAYS. These probiotics prevent cold sores when taken daily. Oops, a cold sore came out yesterday! Thanks for NOTHING!!!
