We normally get shipments each morning from the manufacturer, but overnight this product went into backorder and we are not sure when it will be available again. There has been some manufacturing issues with a few major brands lately, which is why we have seen this more than usual in the last few weeks. Again, we do apologize about the confusion. HI Anna, When you placed the order, it did state these products were out of stock. Normally, they would come in within a few days, but the company that manufacturers these products (Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals) had to stop all production all of a sudden and was no longer able to ship. There are still unable to, which is why we had to cancel your order. We had to do this with many others as well. This was a rare occurrence, but was out of our hands.
