Hi Beau, I wanted to look into this for you. We did ship your package out the same day you ordered. Looking at tracking, the post office mis-delivered it. We started an investigation with the post office into their mistake. We then emailed you and called you a few times with the phone number and email address on file. Hi Nathan - Thank you for your comments. We did look into your order. It was placed on Friday evening at 9pm, which was past any pick up time, so the earliest it would have shipped out would have been on Monday. But when you placed your order it did state "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". This item was one of our Black Friday deals and it sold out quickly. We did get the product back in stock on Wednesday and your order was one of the first to be shipped out. We are actually going to contact the post office to see why the delay in getting your package though, as it normally doesn't take this long. With the conversations we have had with the post office over the past week, due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, they have been backed up more than usual, but this is no excuse. We hope that you enjoy your supplements when you receive them and let us know if you have any questions on taking them.
