Hi David, I spoke with our customer service team. Looks like when you placed the order, it stated "Out Of Stock - Shipping Will be Delayed". You asked us to hold onto the order until it came back in stock. It's still on backorder to this day, though. on February 7th you asked for a refund. We submitted the refund back to you that same day. It can take up to 5-7 business days for it to reflect the refund in your bank. Hope this helps. The Best Price Nutrition Team

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago which stated nothing was backordered. After over 1 week I never received any messages. I then contacted the company asking why I haven't received my order. The next day I get a message it is on backorder and they should have it in a couple of days and would send it right out. Now it has been another week or so and have yet to receive my order. Very disappointed!

Hi Lissa, Nellie said she spoke with you yesterday to explain the situation. I apologize that it was more of an issue than we thought. Between the weather that hit Chicago last week and the unavailability of it afterwards, that is why we had to cancel it. I understand your frustration with the stock status on the website. This has been an issue for other customers as well. We are moving to a whole new platform due to this feedback. Things like this will end next month. It's probably too late, but I just wanted to state that we do apologize about your experience with us. The Best Price Nutrition Team
