You were out of what i wanted and called and found me something better!

I had an issue with my order. The product was on back order, but there was no way of knowing when I ordered it online. I am not giving four stars based on back order, I am giving four starts based on lack of communication but how polite and sincere the employees seemed when handling the situation. I am not about to tell a company how to run their business, however, as a paying customer I would have preferred the staff to have been proactive in letting me know that the product would not be in for several weeks. They replied in a polite and timely manner when I emailed them about my order, which was much appreciated.

Sometimes the supplements you order are on back order, but there's no communication from BPN. Even if they can only ship a partial order, they will hold it up for the remaining still on back order...an keep their customer in the dark. Then I found that I can get my holy basil on amazon.com for a slightly lower price plus free shipping. BPN screwed themselves out of a customer.
