Never received product

Sent to wrong address

I found out after waiting more than a week for a nearly $400order to ship that one backordered product held everything up because they don’t split shipments. Granted, they told me the product was backordered and gave me the option to cancel the order. But I said I didn’t mind waiting for that one product to arrive two weeks later. Little did I know they would hold the entire order. Figured it was worth sharing with other potential customers. Other than that, no problems in a couple of orders.

Great Price but when I received my nutrition bars they were all melted.

I ordered my products 3 weeks ago and have still not received them. When I contacted customer service after the first week, I was told that the products were out of stock when I ordered them, even though it was not noted on the website that they were out of stock. I was then told they would be “special ordered” and shipped out to me. I am still waiting for them to arrive. It’s the first and last time I will ever use this site.

I never purchased from this website before and so far I am happy and will continue to purchase from them.

Speedy, helpfuln chherful

The shipping was quick! I loved the email for the confirmation of my order. I was rolling over laughing! So far the product is what I expected. I had some questions but Noticed other people had already asked. The answers giving we clear and helped make my decision on to get the product or not. Overall it was quick, easy and I I’ll be purchasing again from Best Nutrition.
