I ordered the insane cutz off the website. After a week it was still unfulfilled so I called since the site says all orders are filled within 3 days. The rep told me they ran out the morning I ordered it but more was on the way and she would call me back when they had the expected arrival to them. I never heard back from her. I waited almost another week and called back. I was told that there was a delay in the shipment but they were expecting in the next day or two. After another 4 days it was still unfulfilled so I called for the third time. Was told they were having problem with the vendor having product and they did not know when the product would be in and that they would cancel my order and process a refund. I am still waiting for the refund and it has been 4 days. This is poor customer service! I had to initiate all contact to get information. No email saying there was an issue, no phone call, no return call from my initial call. This was my first experience with bestpricenutrition.com and I will probably not use or recommend them to anyone.
