When I placed my order it showed you had the items and you went and charged my credit card account, however you did not have the item in stock. Why would you charge me for something you obviously did not have. And yes, you told me you would reimbuse me. You should not have charged my credit card for an item you did not have the item and for that I only gave you one star.

Didn't have what they advertised, couldn't get it, couldn't get an alternative. Insisted on using the telephone with messages - why not an email? I didn't call to place my order - you shouldn't call if I can't.

Best Price Nutrition offers products, then says there is "high demand", doesn't ship as promised, then after nearly a month says that you and "cancelled your order" or worse accuses you of participating in "3rd party fraud". Finally after many emails, they grudgingly refunded my payment. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!
