Great customer service

They have products that are not in stock. They take a week to let you know, then days before they respond to your email. It’s unfortunate

The name says it all. I'm all for company loyalty but if another company had better prices... thats where I would be but until then, BestPriceNutition is my goto for ALL my supplements!

Called customer service and voiced my complaint and the rep I had didn’t go above and beyond to make me a happy customer. DM on Instagram and didn’t do anything either. Will not be unsung this company again. Bodybuilding will be getting my business.

Prices are competitive and the customer service is awesome, but the shipping is horrendous. I ordered Whey Protein along with Creatine on December 18th. A 10 days later I saw myself calling customer service to enquire about my order. Apparently out of stock, but I did not receive any notifications about the out of stock. When I called they offered me a replacement which I accepted. Still no notification nor order tracking.

I ordered glutamine on 12/9. I still have not received the product, nor have I received any update on its status when I check my order. It is now 12/31.
