I ordered 2 items originally. One was backordered and it wasnt shown on the website. I emailed and called asking where my order was and never got anyone to answer me. Finally, the 3rd time I called I got a person on the phone to explain things. Communication was lacking where a simple email notifying me of the backorder would have made me happy. Disappointed in the customer service, but I eventually got what I ordered.

I finally did get my order and you refunded me the shipping. It would have been nice if you would have told me the product was back ordered. Then I could have gone out and bought a bottle till mine came. My understanding when I ordered it was the product was on the way. It wasn't and I think you may have forgotten me actually as only when I inquired then you said it was on back order. Maybe there needs to be more communication??? Sharon
