Awesome product, energy level boost to the ceiling ... all the way amazing.. will sure buy again

My orders are remaining unfulfilled...twice this has happened. The first time it was addressed and the associate was extremely nice and attentive to the problem Today,2/25/2019 I called and they were a bit rude and condescending. I was told, " You placed your order on Friday, we don't work on the weekend." Well, you took my payment on Friday and that wasn't a problem, I don't have my order fulfill and that's a problem to me It's Monday afternoon and no movement on the order, no email confirmation, hours later.

The other day their warehouse was out of stock on my item so they had a person drive up the item from their store in Naperville so my order wouldn't be held up. That shows a commitment to the customer, and good teamwork.

Best Price Nutrition needs to list the ingredients in EVERY PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE! Knowledgeable customers who are concerned with ingredients in any product like myself will leave and go to a competitor that has that important information.

I’m very upset with your website!! For some reason your website cancelled both of my purchases earlier in the month. I used a check card and credit card of mine (both cards have been used to make purchases before for your company) to make purchase your product only to have my orders cancelled. I’m confused to why I even received an email to rate my purchase when I wasn’t allowed to make one.

Had to wait a few days for delivery but I think they are far from where I live.
