My husband had such a hard time with regular iron pills causing him nausea, constipation, and stomach cramps. Found this site and decided to order Raw Iron capsules. We are so happy with this product. Results have been really good, no side effects and his doctor said his iron levels are going up! The only draw back is that capsules are quite large but other than that results are definitely showing in his blood work.
