Easy to procure and delivery came on time. How can it get better than that?! Order to fulfillment is critical to any e-commerce platform. BPN does it very well. Thank you.

Item I purchased was sold out and was never notified. Took me a week of reaching out to them to figure out what was going on. Not impressed!

Historically BPN has done good business. However, I received an email stating my last supplement order was discontinued and/or reformulated (I was told both) and thought the order was cancelled. I then noticed my card was charged for the supplements despite being told that they were no longer available. My only "beef" about this was the website said they had it in stock, they charged my card immediately, but did not inform me that the supplements weren't coming until the order was supposed to arrive. I had to reach out to BPN to cancel the order myself. I feel like it should have been done, by them, as soon as the situation was recognized; not by me, a month later, as I am going through my credit card bill.
