Was excited when I ordered thinking I was getting supplements I wanted. After 3 weeks I didn't receive anything I got a call from someone in the company who offered me the vitamin by a different company. I asked questions and was assured that this replacement supplement was superior to the brand I order and nothing additional. They would charge the same price even though these were more expensive. We received and sent them back, Was not equivalent. In their favor, they immediately sent me a return label, no question.. That was noble of them. I am awaiting my refund

Well it seemed everything I ordered was in stock but I guess by the time my order processed a week later one item was now out of stock. Two weeks went buy and No one contacted me if I wanted to wait or cancel that particular item. On the third week I contacted BPN via email and I basically wanted to cancel that day, but I didn’t. The next day BPN emailed me and advised me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and if I wanted to swap it for a similar item my answer was “yes”. So I asked “ why wasn’t I notified sooner about this, till this day I don’t have an answer”. So BPN is busy but communication guys, instead I had to wait almost a month for my merchandise to arrive, I’m still upset about that. Service is going down the drain. I’m going to start looking for another on line supplement store to shop in, change is good.
