collected us on time excellent tour guide towards Paradise Cove Luau

Me and a group of my friend booked zip line and atv and did not know that we were going to be placed on time slots. We were the first ones to check in and yet our group was slpit up. It was terrible that we were there for vacation and could not enjoy each other company.

Great experience, Abraham the booking manager was kind and help alot by finding events I was looking for and if it wasn't available he followed up with the place till they had an opening. He went over and beyond I recommend this company!!

Found the agent very helpful, great prices. There was a no-hesitation offer of further assistance and discussion about plans and suggestions provided for other experiences. The thing that stopped me rating 5 was that once I said we had a number of things already planned and I would contact again in need, I then received more calls/emails asking whether I wanted further assistance. Went that one step too far on being helpful

Felt safe right from the beginning to end of flight. the whole staff took very good care of me from picking me up from the hotel and back. Loved the whole experience and highly recommend it.

Quick to respond and book. Would recommend this to anyone.

EXCELLENT Great

Best of Hawaii made excellent recommendations for my mother and I. They were in communication with the activity hosts and kept us up to date with postponements or cancellations. Went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
