Silvio was excellent in handling our booking and answering all questions. Very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Would definitely go to Best of Hawaii again and recommend to family and friends.

Event was as promised and no surprises with purchase. Would recommend to others.

It was so much fun and an amazing place. We enjoyed it so much. When we come back to Hawaii we will visit again!

Very well executed transaction . Received a discount which made it a little less than other sites. We did get a courtesy call to see if we had any other bookings they could help with. I would use them again

The tour was awesome! Our tour guide was witty and incredibly knowledgeable. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was we were told when we made reservations that there would be snorkeling and there wasn't. But overall a good tour.

Honestly, the Luau experience felt very fabricated. The food was subpar (very cafeteria) and the harsh flood lighting of the stage and seating area for guests was obnoxious and uncomfortable. The parrots were cute.

Easy to use and competitive prices The live phone support staff were freindly

Very accommodating and pleasant
