The website had inaccurate information. The only address given for us to board our cruise was incorrect, and almost caused us to be late. The menu listed was also incorrect, but may have been the fault of the cruise line. When I called customer service, the man was very professional and willing to stay on the phone with me to help find it.

Very prompt and helpful with both of our Kona tour reservations. One of those reservations later needed to be canceled. They were helpful and later called back to confirm even the cancelation. We appreciated the follow-thru at that time and now, six weeks later. We would use Best of Hawaii again. Five Stars

Easy to book and good service. We were charged more because we were 'over-weight' and were told we'd have to wear special seat belts and sit in special seats but when it came time to get in the helicopter, were put in the same helicopter as slimmer average folks? This felt opporunitistic way for company to get more money. Then the flight was already very expensive and they wanted $30 more dollars for a picture near the helicopter....what would have made this better was if they provided the picture free/complientry as a thank you for the business and explained the 'over-weight' surcharge better and then actually do the extra things they say they had to in order to fly 'over-weight' folks around. The flight and what we saw was amazing and the office gals and pilot were nice and polite, but the money part was irritating.

Me and my wife visited Hawaii for the very first time and we wanted to make our Hawaiian vacation a most memorable experience and best of Hawaii was the travel and tour booking company of choice, they arranged all of our tours and site seeing activities on Oahu, they helped book our paradise cove luau, they arranged our private Jeep island tour where we we able to explore all the very beautiful parts of Oahu from Nuuanu Pali Lookout, the byodo-in temple, Sherwood beach, Waimanalo Beach, the statue of king Kamehameha, punchbowl crater, Queen Liliuokalani palace and Hanauma Bay, they also reserved our walking tour to the summit of diamond head, our guide was very informative funny and very easy going, we had a fabulous time, I would highly recommend and strongly encourage anyone planning a trip to Hawaii to reserve all your tour through best of Hawaii, they truly made our very first trip to the Hawaiian island of Oahu a fantastic memorable trip to remember and cherished memories to last a life time

What a great experience! This is worth every penny and I don’t think there is a more memorable way to learn and remember about the wonderful Polynesian culture. The people are all so kind and hospitable. Love it.
