I can't say much as I can't get in contact with them I am trying to get as much as an explanation of whats going on due the pandemic.

I didnt find it that helpful and found a lot of the dialogue repetitive. I would have liked more details on stops. Also found some stops missing or inaccurate. Some stops were blocked off even though the instructions said differently. I regret the purchase.

Kurt our driver was very knowledgeable but, it was all what he wanted to do and not the customer. Stayed 15 at the North Shore, because the waves were rough, understood that but I would of liked to stay and enjoy the professional surfers n view. Lunch was mediocre and ride into state park was hot n old. Snorkeling was amazing, All in all was ok but overpriced. Aloha

Hawaii was very disappointing!

Still waiting on a credit 3 weeks later.

Saved my appetite for the buffet and was disappointed as the food wasn't very good. Pork was salty and the roots, ie yams, wasnt fully cook. The show was mediocre.

Very expensive for mediocre food and atmosphere. Alcoholic drinks were not strong and only 2 drink minimum with other companies having 3 drink minimum for less.

Honestly, the Luau experience felt very fabricated. The food was subpar (very cafeteria) and the harsh flood lighting of the stage and seating area for guests was obnoxious and uncomfortable. The parrots were cute.
