The guys were great! They came at the time they said they would, they pack up all of my stuff in a timely manner and they were very careful not to break anything. I would absolutely use them again for future moves.

Move #2685312
Move #2685312. We obviously should have checked all companies first. This move was a disaster. It started off when the driver didn't bring enough people to wrap. His help was complaining and walked off the job. He talk them back and they continued to work, leaving some wrapping not done. He finished it himself. The next day he arrived with two loaders then a third one showed up 1 1/2 hour later. We waited two weeks for our stuuf after making at least 4 calls to Alexander Furman at 2792474309. The first call was to inform her that while loading, the loaders busted part of my wifes expensive hutch chest trim. She was very upset. WE HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CLAIM FORMS YET!!!! THE Driver notified my wife by text that his truck brook down. (yeah right). By the end of the week He still hasn't fixed it. We called Alexandria again she switch us over to her supervisor. We complain to her. She got with dispatch which gave us a new date. And again another call and a new date. When the driver finally called for the last time, he mentioned that he wanted cash or cashier check. Iam in a new state, my Navy federal is 200 miles away, its impossible to get $12000 dollars. I called. Alexandria again. She said I Should have no problem writing a check. When the driver arrived he said he will sit in his truck until he sees cash. Two hours later I got a relative who lives near by to give me 12000 dollars while I wrote a check for the same amount. And then he still charged me 150 dollars because he had to wait, will I waited two weeks. He said he was press for time, he finish 5 hours later. And was out of here early. NOW COMES THE GOOD STUFF!!!! While unpacking we found other peoples stuff , 5 tall boxes stuff with white paper( which took up room in his truck so he can make more money) and many broken expensive articles, which we took pictures of. So in conclusion, Where is our claim form and if you sent it, send it again. Don't express to us that your sorry, because you don't know us and you already got 22150 dollars of our money. And that driver had a bad vibe about him. We didn't trust him. Alot of memories were busted and Can't be replaced. Nothing you can say can fix this. So don't say anything. I Will be notifying the better business burial. And all on Facebook planning to move. Your Company is a rip-off. REMEMBER CLAIM FORM.!!!

Dear Mr. Gonzalez,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent relocation. While we regret to hear of your dissatisfaction, we would like to clarify several important points regarding the handling of your move, the delivery timeline, and the payment and claims process.
1. Claim Forms and Documentation
Our records confirm that all required claim forms and supporting documents were provided to you in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) guidelines. These forms are necessary to formally document and process claims for loss or damage. If, for any reason, you did not receive them, we are fully prepared to resend them immediately to ensure you may complete the claims process without delay.
2. Delivery Timeline and Federal Compliance
With respect to your delivery, federal regulations and the signed contract allow carriers up to 14 business days from the First Available Delivery Date (FADD) to complete delivery. Your FADD was September 4, 2025, and delivery was completed within this period. While we recognize that the waiting period can be stressful, delivery occurred in a timely manner and in accordance with both FMCSA guidelines and the binding service agreement.
3. Additional Charges and Bill of Lading Adjustments
As reflected in the Bill of Lading (BOL), the final cost of your relocation was based on the actual inventory and space required, not solely the preliminary estimate. At the time of pickup, it was documented that more furniture and items were included than originally listed in the estimate. This increase required additional space and labor, resulting in higher transportation charges. These adjustments are standard industry practice, and they were disclosed in writing on the BOL, which functions as the controlling contract for the shipment.
4. Payment Method Requirements
Regarding payment, the service contract you signed at booking — and again at the time of pickup — clearly specified the acceptable forms of payment. These included postal money order, cash, or Zelle transfer only. This requirement is standard to ensure secure and immediate settlement of balances at delivery. The driver’s request for certified funds at the time of delivery was therefore consistent with the contract terms acknowledged twice during the booking and pickup stages.
We encourage you to complete the claim form so that your concerns may be formally addressed through the claims department. Our team remains committed to assisting you throughout this process.

NEVER WORK WITH BESTMOVE RELOCATION
BestMove Relocation has been a nightmare to work with. NEVER trust this company with your move. I booked my cross country move 4 months in advance. My priorities with this were (A) having my belongings arrive on time and (B) no surprise charges. The company seemed great at first. Richard, the sales person, assured me that there would be no surprise charges (unless I added more belongings, which is clearly understandable), the move would be full service, and since we were scheduling so far in advance that my belongings were sure to arrive on time. This part is especially important for a long distance move. I made sure to check on this numerous times prior to our pickup date.
Days before pickup, I called the company as I had not heard from them. It is good that I did, because they said in order for my stuff to arrive on time, they actually had to pick up 3 days earlier. Although this was a pretty big change to our schedule, it was important to me that my stuff arrived on time. The crew showed up on the date of pickup... a 7 man team for a minimum load move. They counted my items and claimed that I was well over what I had stated, when in fact I was well below - short of a desk, two nightstands, 10 boxes, AND a 3 seater sofa. And also said they had to charge extra to tape a moving blanket around my TV and armchairs… even though they did this with every other item. Adjusting my $2,200 estimate to $2,900 on the spot. I argued with them back and forth, and ultimately decided to ALSO leave 2 armchairs and my TV - figuring I could buy them after my move... this made the price only $200 extra - criminal. I had HALF of the stuff I was originally quoted on and they still upcharged me nearly 10%. After this, they asked for a tip for their 7 man team, after taking all of 10 minutes to load the tiny move.
After pickup, the team had 10 days to get my stuff from Seattle to Boston. My girlfriend and I arrived the day of our agreed upon delivery and were ghosted by BestMove's team when we tried to contact them. The next day we got ahold of them, they had no answers for us. No delivery date and no idea where our belongings were. So, the street parking I reserved for $170 in Boston for the truck is now down the drain and I have no clue on when to reschedule this for. We are now 5 days past our estimated delivery, sleeping on an air mattress, and still no answers. I call the company daily, most of the time it takes 4-5 attempts throughout the day for them to even answer.
I am extremely frustrated with the dishonesty of this company, terrible customer service and poor performance. On my last call, I asked if they would be willing to at least partially refund, and they claim that there will be nothing of the sorts until they are 21 DAYS PAST THE DELIVERY DATE. I have never left a bad review like this, but this company should absolutely not be in business and I hope nobody else has this experience.

Dear Zac Paul
We are sorry to hear of your frustrations and would like to clarify a few important points regarding your move.
Delivery Timeline
As outlined in the signed contract, interstate moves allow up to 21 business days for delivery from the First Available Delivery Date (FADD). Your FADD was recorded as September 1, 2025. Based on the mileage of 3,107 miles, and with drivers permitted under DOT regulations to travel approximately 500–600 miles per day, your shipment is currently en route and scheduled to arrive within 5–7 days. This timeframe is fully compliant with both federal regulations and the agreed-upon contract terms.
Refunds & Discounts
Because we remain within the delivery window specified in the contract, we are not able to issue a refund or discount at this time. The delivery window protects both the customer and carrier by accounting for mileage, federal driving restrictions, and logistical factors beyond our control.
Pickup Confirmation
Our customer service team reached out to you the day before pickup to confirm the scheduled time, as is our standard procedure for all moves. This ensures both parties are aligned on scheduling and allows for any final adjustments before the crew arrives.
Inventory & Additional Services
Your binding estimate was based on the item list provided at booking. At pickup, the foreman and crew conducted a walk-through and identified differences in the actual volume compared to what was reserved. Any increase or decrease in cubic footage (or required protective materials such as blankets, tape, and shrink wrap) must be adjusted on-site per DOT regulations and the signed contract. Even though you chose to leave several items behind, there were still changes in volume and required materials, which led to the final adjusted cost.
We understand how stressful moving can be, especially long-distance relocations, and we are committed to completing your delivery within the contractual timeframe. Our customer service and dispatch departments remain available should you need further updates on your shipment status.

Fast forward to after delivery of my items.
I have missing and damaged items which was escalated to this company.
They said they would send me a claim form and I am yet to get one after 7days.
They told me they are brokers/dispatch and would reach out to the companies that handled my move. How should that even be my business?
I have called their customer service tirelessly (Diana) with no positive outcome.
One thing BestMove cares about is getting you to sign up, after that, they go mute.
Not all jokes are funny!
Response from BestMove RelocationSep 3, 2025
Dear Oluyemi,
We understand your concerns and are sorry to hear about your frustration. We noticed that you have already posted another review about your experience, and we want to reassure you that we are addressing your case.
We would like to clarify a few important points from our records. According to our system, your Bill of Lading receipt was sent to you on 08/26 via email, and the claim form was sent the following day, 08/27, also via email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder in case it was filtered.
In addition, your delivery took place within the timeframe that was clearly outlined in your estimate and booking confirmation. We always aim to stay within the contractual delivery window set by DOT regulations.
Regarding customer service, please note that every one of your calls was answered, and our representatives provided assistance to the best of their ability. We understand how important timely communication is, and our team has been working to help resolve your matter as quickly as possible.
We take all feedback seriously and remain available to help resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
