I will revisit my review once my delivery is complete however, up to this time this company has been disastrous Two weeks later In the end, my things were delivered from Philadelphia to south Florida in a timely fashion ~~within the five day. Period that I was Quoted It was a difficult process considering this company is a broker. There were six other companies involved in my move. I kept on top of every phone call every email and every promise made. Make sure you ask a lot of questions Although I had some difficult conversations with people within the company, I’d like to give a shout out to one individual named Giovanna Giovanna is the quality assurance manager at Best Movers She did an amazing job and I don’t think things would’ve gone smoothly without her being directly involved One piece of advice would be to NOT underestimate the amount of belongings in your move They will charge you additional fees for every piece added My total cost ended up being just under $4000 but considering that all my things arrived in a very timely fashion nothing was lost or broken. I consider that a reasonable cost.
