Mary, and a couple of other associates at Best Brilliance were phenomenal. Mary took the time to find just the right ring for my wife. And when it didn’t work out with my wife, Mary was extremely diligent and empathetic in helping me with the return process. If I ever buy again, it will be through BB. They are a rare entity in the diamond buying world. I would highly recommend anybody searching for a diamond, to exclusively use BB. PS: Ask for Mary!

Absolutely gorgeous rings and great service!
I ordered both an engagement ring and a wedding band from Best Brilliance, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had a pretty urgent timeline (less than one month), and their team made sure the rings arrived on time, which I truly appreciated. The rings are absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship and sparkle exceeded my expectations, and everything arrived exactly as promised. My only recommendation would be regarding the website chat feature. I experienced some difficulty replying to the representative, and it seems there may be a small technical issue with the chat system that prevented me from replying back. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend BestBrilliance to anyone looking for stunning rings, reliable service, and affordable prices, especially when timing matters.

Love my ring!
Customer service is excellent! My engagement ring that me and my fiancée chose is absolutely gorgeous! At first when we were shopping, I was a little nervous ordering a ring online… but once it arrived we both were pleased with the ring! Shipping was excellent! Arrived right on time! If I knew how to post a pic of my ring I would! It’s absolutely gorgeous, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We were looking at rings at regular Jewelery stores, but couldn’t find the right fit. We tried a few online stores, but didn’t trust the process based on reviews. We came across Best Brilliance and everything changed! The customer service has been AMAZING! Before ordering the ring, I had questions. A few were immediately answered by Mary via e-mail and I was given a phone number where I reached Julienne. She went over all of my questions and gave me more than enough information to place an order. If you are searching for a service that wants your business, look no further! These people have been AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to post again when my ring arrives!!!

Great experience
Great experience, ring came about 3 weeks after i ordered and my fiance loves it. Saved about 5,000$ rather than going through a jewlery store. Would recommend this place to everyone.
