I spoke with Adam, and he was and he truly cared about the experience i’ve had so far. **ORIGINAL** I had a great experience initially with Best Brilliance — the communication with my rep before receiving the ring was honestly 10/10. Everything felt smooth, responsive, and professional during the buying process. However, things completely changed after I received the ring. When I reached out regarding issues, I got no response at all. Just one day after receiving the ring, I was notified that the warranty was void, which was extremely frustrating, especially since there was a complimentary warranty promotion advertised with the purchase. On top of that, after only a couple weeks of consistent wear, the ring turned cloudy, and I went with one of the highest quality options. I chose one of the higher-tier qualities expecting better durability. Overall, the lack of post-purchase support and the quality issues were very disappointing. Based on this experience, I can’t see myself purchasing from Best Brilliance again.

I asked for a custom band after I ordered and my personal contact which was assigned to me and proactively reached out handled it for a very small cost. I couldn't be happier. Also...She said YES!
