Took long but was a miss communication

Dear Ozzy, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your order: Your order was placed on October 30th, with a stated production time of 2-4 weeks. Your ring was completed and shipped on November 19th, within 20 days of purchase, via FedEx expedited delivery. We provided regular updates, including photos of the product, tracking details, and delivery timelines. FedEx attempted delivery multiple times starting November 20th but was unable to deliver due to no one being available at the address. We also offered assistance to hold the package for pickup, but we didn’t receive a response. We’re pleased to see the package has now been delivered successfully. While I think there could be a few improvements in updates and the virtual chat response times, we’re beyond pleased with the ring purchased. Paul and Lisa promptly responded with a concern that I had and corrected it quickly and with efficiency.
