The entire process from ordering customization of my engaging for my fiancé was absolutely flawless. The turnaround time from order to delivery was great the ability to track. My item was very efficient and the pictures that were sent did not do the ring justice upon arrival and my fiancé is just beyond ecstatic about it so I appreciate everything you guys have done for me every step of the way.
