5/5 stars
5/5 stars, excellent - Absolutely stunning diamond ring! I was comparing against an almost identical ring at Brilliant Earth, and the Brilliant Earth ring was almost double the price. She has been SO happy with this engagement ring, and sends me pics of it all the time. I highly recommend Best Brilliance

Paul was great
Paul was great, I placed and order and didn't care for the ring. I was able to sent it back and he was very helpful in fulfilling my order. I wanted a ring and didn't see it on the website, so after describing what I had in mind, he help me customized exactly what I wanted. Then sent me a cad drawing showing how i t would look.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a ring, it was a gorgeous piece as is but my wife wanted to make some adjustments to it, so we reached out to the support team who was extremely helpful and agreed to make the adjustments. The process was smooth and I highly recommend buying your jewelry there, the ring is amazing and so is their customer service.

Exceeds all expectations
We recently made the decision to purchase a ring online and landed on Best Brilliance. Obviously, your going to have your concerns when purchasing online but I am here to say, Best Brilliance far exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is top notch. Once we made the decision, working with Paul, we awaited the delivery. I will say, it takes all the time they provide to get the product but be patient, their jewelry is BEAUTIFUL! We would recommend 100%.
