Julieanne deserves a raise for helping with our crazy requests. I question a company that would not promote a woman with this much congeniality and knowledge to an upper management position. She was the main reason we chose to purchase this ring.

Buying a custom ring was easy and convenient. I did not really like my expected order ship date getting pushed back about 3 times. My order was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address, but Best Brilliance was extremely helpful in tracking my order and ensuring I was able to change delivery for me to pickup from a fedex point. My fiancé loved her ring which is the imperative thing.
