Bes'Dam SoupReviews of besdamsoup.com

I ordered the soup in the amount of $126.00 after seeing the Fox and Friends show on December 18, 2016. Since then I received 2 emails - one acknowledging my order and the second the order would be shipped out in 2 weeks. If they can't fulfill the order, they should refund the money. This is a scam - no one picks up the phone, or responds to emails. I hope someone looks into this outfit. Don't order unless you want to lose your $$

Ordered over $100 worth of product 14 days ago and have not heard anything or received anything after the original confirmation of the order.

This company does not ship orders in a timely manner...does not tell anyone ahead of time they can't deliver promptly....blames late deliveries on some Fox tv show that aired multiple years ago....does not respond to requests for information regarding late orders nor do they provide a valid way of contacting them when orders are not shipped....sends generic email each week saying the orders are shipping this week but order does not go out. But...they do take your money immediately after placing order.

I placed an order on 12/18/16. I did receive several general emails from the company regarding a high volume of orders received following an appearance on Fox and Friends, however it has been over a month and I have not receive my items. I also have not received a phone call or a response to my previous emails updating my on the status of my specific order. Their voice mailbox is full and I am getting nervous that I have lost my $106. If I do not receive a reply I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to seek resolution. Never again.

What a tremendous disappointment. I was excited to serve the lobster bisque at Christmas dinner. The flavor is less than appealing and each bowl was returned to the kitchen full. Needless to say, this company has no new fans in my home. I've attempted to reach the company, but the only response has been to report me to Trust Pilot and have my review removed for not referencing "service". In all fairness, I did receive the soup prior to Christmas. The order, however, was wrong and I've yet to receive the mushroom soup. I too, am in a business dependent on reviews. Should a review question my product or service, I would immediately reach out to see how I might correct the situation for the client. To report me for not referencing your service, which appears to be a common lament among your customers, is a completely inappropriate response. I recognize that we all have taste preferences, but when an entire party of 12 concurs, I would suggest the problem is yours.

Easy to place order. Great customer service with a professional follow up phone call. Shipping and delivery as promised.

Your soups are delicious--- Thank you for your service--You had overwhelming responses a year and a half ago, yet you stuck with your customers and fulfilled your obligations to them. Great integrity, honest responses and follow up. Happy that you are now in efficient mode and all is well. Thanks so much more orders to come Keith Ludwig
