Lorin is easy to talk with, she asked me questions that made me think about my own habits, and she was helpful without being judgmental. She provided me with several good tools in our first visit. I had previously worked with another coach who has taken a maternity leave. I was concerned I wouldn’t find another good fit, and the first interim wasn’t (nothing wrong with the coach, just not a good fit for me). I will be able to move forward with Lorin or return to my previous coach when she returns. Both are accessible and open, encouraging people, so it will literally depend on scheduling as my schedule is different in the summer than the rest of the year.

My dietician, Lauren was so sweet and extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable. I can't wait to have my next session with her.

My Berry St nutritionist (Ashley!) is an all star! She knows a ton about the body, movement, and nutrition but doesn’t overwhelm me with goals or requirements. We learn a little more each week and we check in on goals weekly, making progress something to be celebrated!
