I have been diagnosed with diabetes. Chantel was able to listen to my concerns, suggest things to do to try to get this crazy Rollercoaster of Diabetes on track and questioned my health history with all the right questions. I really enjoyed our appointment and feel confident in our future journey of getting this under control.

My session with Cassie was everything! She listened, was professional and knowledgeable! She made my goals sound realistic and not far fetched! I can’t wait for our next session.
