Berry Street is fantastic. I have never experienced a billing issue, so I can't speak to that. The scheduling system and integration for your health information is amazing! My provider is relatable, attentive, and knowledgeable in my specific areas of needs. I would recommend this service to someone who needs more specialized care and has been disappointed by that with other nutritionists.

When I initially countered some insurance hiccups, Berry Street offered to speak directly to my insurance, and if needed, my dietician was flexible with payment. I've raved about the services and recommend to my colleagues.

I'm impressed with my Berry Street Nutritionist virtual visits. My nutritionist Kim (On Ki Chan) is extremely smart, as well as personable. I like the work we do together, and I've already learned so much, e.g. how to naturally get more magnesium in my diet for muscle growth. There are my own responsibilities - a couple of blood tests, and following recommendations from Kim. I do those things because I'm choose to be invested in the success of this nutritional counseling. The Berry Street website and app are easy to use. I appreciate the text reminders of upcoming visits. The best part is that these virtual visits are paid by my insurance, so free to me. My PCP will order the tests so they're paid by insurance as well. Berry Street did all the filing with insurer. I'm 63 and everyday online I see multiple anti-aging, healthy aging, gut health, weight loss, webinars, classes, programs, etc. I'm so glad (relieved) I found Berry St. and the science of nutrition.
