The website is pretty bad. The website accidentally charge me for 2 orders and had the incorrect ship date. I immediately called customer service and cancel the order. But I have yet to receive a cancellation email Analyst.

Shari’s Berries has always been my go-to for a fun and impressive gift for family and friends. Not so anymore. The berries my son received the other day were an embarrassing amateur replica. When I noticed the shipment alert said “delivered by local vendor” I got suspicious. Sure enough, I see now that Shari’s was sold to 1-800-Flowers. And like everything else from 1-800, what you order is never what you get.

Placed an order on Oct. 16 2020 they took the money out. The next day they charged my card for the same amount. I send an email and they removed it. On Oct 20 2020 they charged me again for the same order! So basically they tried to triple charge me. Eff them thieven b*stards! Avoid like the plague and Covid-19!!

I tried Shari’s Berries for the first time this week. They charge a ridiculous service fee that they don’t tell you about till they tack it on at the end for the worst customer service. Never sent me the receipt. The fruit was so hard no one could eat it. The chocolate dipped strawberries were mediocre at best. Edible Arrangements is much better in every way, save yourself the heartache and call Edible Arrangements.

Worst experience ever! Ordered from them and it has been a nightmare, throughout the whole way, mind you this isn't cheap and they kept promising me that it would be deliver by end of day which was 6 pm. I got an email stating that my order was delivered and I called the recipient to see if it was delivered and she had no clue what I was talking about, now this made me furious! Caller the 800 number and was speaking to a damn call center from a different country who has no clue what their doing or talking about. Provided my order number and he told me that it was invalid and he couldn't find it, gave him the number again that was listed on my order and he said this order number was from 2017?? WTFFFFFF! Now you done pissed me off, he still doesn't know what to do after I explained the situation, didn't offer any sympathy or apologize he just kept blabbering on about he couldn't help me until I TOLD HIM TO CHECK BY MY FIRST AND LAST NAME, what do you know he found me but still didn't fix my issue. Asked to speak with a supervisor and he wouldn't transfer me he kept going on and on about how they're busy and assisting other customers that I needed to wait 3-4 hours before I can speak with someone. Ridiculous I tell you! All I'm trying to do is see if my offer was deliver or not and to track it down because I got an email stated that it was delivered and the recipient NEVER received it! After talking to a stupid clueless person I decided to hang up and call again. The next agent said she couldn't look at my account because someone else was on it. Oh for god sake, I'm just trying to make my friend feel special on her day and this company isn't doing anything to assure that. FINALLY I emailed them after the 2nd attempt to reach them and that person emailed me back assuring my order will be deliver at the time indicated and I would receive an email after it has been done. What do you know I got an email 1 hour stating my package was delivered, BUT........ was it???? NOOOOOOOOO! DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I'LL TELL YOU ONE THING THOUGH I'M DISPUTING THIS TRANSACTION AND MAKING SURE I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

I ordered a gift box from these people for a birthday gift. I ordered on the 16th and was assured that the order would be delivered on the 18th. The order was NOT delivered and when i called and spoke with their customer service (in some foreign country) I was told that my order could not be delivered and offered to get it delivered by the 29th. The birthday in question was on the 18th. Do not count on these people to deliver as promised ever! I have bought my last berry.

Ordered on September 7, 2020 for delivery on sept 11th. Order never came today for birthday. Upon calling was told they could deliver 5 days from the 11th. Horrible service, this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Avoid this place!!
