Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

My bf ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for me, they came on time and before the time it said. They were packaged super nicely. The box was big, isolated, and had a nice sized ice pack keeping them cold. I was skeptical about him ordering as reviews weren’t that good, glad he did. When I opened the package the strawberries were in they looked amazing, no mold, they were perfect and a nice plump size. We will definitely order again!!!! I couldn’t be more happier and excited!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for our friends that lost their beloved pet. Sharis Berries sent me a confirmation that the berries were received the next day. Not so. They charged me in full and 5 phone calls and a week later I am still trying to get this resolved. My friends still have not received the item and I am out $65 I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge. All 5 people I spoke to at Sharis Berries/1800flowers were extremely unhelpful and Did not seem like they knew much at all. Worst part is that I had contacted my friends to confirm when I hadn't heard from them and I feel badly that now they thought something was coming as a little surprise. Very unpleasant experience. I would NEVER order from them again

Never received replacement for moldy berries! I was given an order of chocolate covered strawberries for Christmas. They arrived moldy. When I called I was told a new order would come by the 30th. They didn't come! I've called twice more and have been given delivery dates. One time I was actually told I was never a recipient which suddenly changed when I found the order number. We are now into February and they have yet to deliver. I'm in a very awkward situation because I do not want to tell the giver what happened but I am afraid that they will be embarrassed as they give Sharies berries to many of their clients. I may tell them just to save them future embarrassment.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased 2 orders of berries to be sent to friends. I paid for a passport club membership 2 months ago. When I tried to order over the phone and on line they would not apply the free delivery charge discount to my order. Stayed on phone with customer service 3-1/2 hours and got no where. There product is fabulous but not the service. :(

Don't use Shari's Berries for holiday orders. Not only did they NOT attempt delivery (they use local florists), the customer service rep. couldn't even issue a simple refund. I had to dispute with my credit card company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! ZERO STARS! These people do NOT care about customer service! They delivered the most horrible looking product they called strawberries. I've seen grapes bigger & the tops were green & wilted. We were put on hold for 40 minutes waiting for a representative to talk to a supervisor. We asked for a refund & because it was so close to Christmas we wanted them to send something to replace the gift. No go! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I will never ever order from this place again, the gentleman on the phone lied to me about fixing my order and he did not, spent $100 and it was supposed to be two orders and it was not, I will never order from them again.the guy I spoke said he would take care of it and did not, he took all my info and did nothing with it to fix my problem😡 the strawberries never came for my husband and it was a gift. In my eyes they get zero stars

We have used Shari's Berries countless times for years. It was always a good experience. However, this last time was absolutely horrible. We ordered a dozen berries shipped to my daughter in Orange County CA. They were tiny, sloppy, had no drizzle, were not refrigerated, and were delivered by a guy in a van rather than a reputable delivery service. We complained and they agreed to re-send the order, but it arrived in the same condition the second time. Absolutely horrible. I don't know what's going on there, but I think we are done with Shari's Berries for good.
