I was charged 2 times for a dozen of strawberries. I originally attempted to buy from Edible arrangements but was forwarded to 1800-Flowers which I guess sent me to Shari's Berries. How could I be so stupid? I paid $110 in total for 12 strawberries. I had to call my bank and change my debit card number because I wanted to send my girlfriend something to make her smile. It's a shame that a company like this exists. How could people be so evil? I'll be reporting them to the BBB next.

I had ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries which came completely crushed and melted. I contacted the company immediately. They insisted on sending me a new product and a $20 off my next purchase, which I accepted with an understanding that things happen. The reorder came the next day and 3 of the strawberries had mold on them. Now I was highly upset and again contacted the company. They offered me another order and coupons. I refused then then they offered me half of the money I spent with an upgraded reorder. Again I refused. Finally after all refusal and asking numerous times for my full refund they agreed to give me a full refund. I do not have an intentions of ordering from this company again. Also these items were delivered in an unrefrigerated fedex truck. Which doesn’t make any sense. Again I am very unsatisfied with this company.

This was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had ordering a gift online/on the phone. They charged my card 2x for the amount of my order ($142) after my order had already been confirmed. They then tried telling me that it was an authorization hold and I'd get it back within 7-10 days...so that was $284 for 24 chocolate covered strawberries!

Ordered Strawberries... a popup came up asking if I wanted to add flowers. I ordered the flowers too exactly on that same order. Strawberries came right on time, flowers were not included. Flowers were not coming until 3 days later!!! ...Totally unbeknownst to me. Just disingenuous and a rip-off. "Oh, here's your strawberries, but the rest of your gift, the flowers, will be here 3 days later." Just. Not. Right. Will NEVER order from them again!!! Buyer beware!!!

They rob my account at 1AM .They couldn't explain why it happened. I paid 830 am got delivery at 6 our business was done good things I had phone alert. Just hope not taking advantage of seniors on a fix income that can be not as aware first one was from 1800 Flowers they one at 1:19 am said Shari's berries took money. I'm am reporting to better business bureau even news media my mom has been a victim of the scam watch out for our elder and your pockets. DO NOT ORDER .MY ADVICE FIND LOCAL

My strawberries came in a week late. The chocolate was melting and the strawberries were rotten!

If I could give you less than one star I would. Not sure how a company so poorly run can stay in business. Let me say that when you outsource your customer service to a foreign country, it means you simple want someone to answer the phone. it means you don't care about your customers at all. I feel bad for the representatives because you have not provided them with the tools to do their job. My order for my mothers 90th birthday has not delivered after being told delivery times twice. Her birthday has passed and I still don't even know the status of the order.

Do not order from this company. We have ordered from Sharis Berries for years but never again. My Mother's Day present arrival the following Saturday after Mother's day and with that being said the chocolate was melted and the berries were soggy mess. The one ice pak was more of a heat pak instead. We will never purchase from this company again. Support local farmers and dip them yourself they will be much better
