Worst company ever! If your were thinking about ordering from this company do not. I understand it is Valentine's day, however I placed my orders on Feb 1st. For delivery on Feb 14th. It is 9pm on 2/14/2021 and still have not received the orders to either location. Called the 877 number provided.. It was automated but the automated line could not help me because it didn't recognize my number. Spoke to customer service. Outsourced... A lady name Jen picked up sounding like Kym. She didn't say the name of the company I ordered from, there was loud feedback on the line, she could not understand me, I couldn't understand her. I gave her my name, items purchased, date, phone numbers, addresses. She couldn't help me, she said I needed the order number. I FOUND IT.. called back.. No help told me I would get it by today. CHECK the tracking number, showed ordered but not in transit. Customer Service could not help me. Avoid this company by all means. I was really looking forward to surprising my family and man with the items purchased. I purchased about $200 worth of goodies. Thanks Shari's berries for ruining the day!

Placed an order on February 3 for delivery on February 14. Called to check status, out for delivery. It is 8:32 pm, waited all day and no delivery. I will never recommend or use them ever again.

No Love on Valentines Day $100 order for delivery two days BEFORE Valentines Day. Never came. At least moldy strawberries would have shown I tried. Surely there is a law firm ready for a class action???

Long time customer. Called to order over $100 of merchandise and was hung up on after being placed on hold for 10 minutes. I’ll never use them again. Their customer service has gone down hill.

Tried to order strawberries for my mom! Not to mention 6 strawberries are $30! Which is already alot, they randomly charged me a $20 passport fee ehich i didnt want at all! I emailed them and said “please cancel my order” all they said was “yes we charged the $20 fee” so i called and he said “since your order was so recent we cant cancel” makes no sense! Wouldn’t that make it easier? Im a business owner and know a scammer when i see it! I got ripped off $50! They refuse to cancel the $20 fee thats i didnt get!

My husband had ordered and had it set up for Roses to be delivered 2/12 and Strawberries 2/13. Welllllllll...those dates came and went with not so much as an email message that things would not be here by Valentines Day. I spent 2 hours on phone to operators that barely spoke English trying to get our money refunded. I waited to speak to a supervisor the first time for 25 minutes and then they hung up on me. Called back and got another operator and after going through same spiel again she hung up on me. I would advise to NEVER use this place. This is going to be fun dealing with them yet again tomorrow but I will get my money back.

I placed an order on 2/2 (Valentines Day for my boyfriend). When I placed order it said deliver by the 13. On the 11 I check and it had not been shipped. I called and was told she got them to ship it immediately. From the time of the 2nd when I ordered, we had an ice storm. Very little ice on our roads and pkgs were being delivered but I got a message Severe Weather delay. Now, another storm is moving in and the roads are clear but no orders being delivered. By the time my boyfriend gets this order these berries will be no good. Trying to get hold of a live agent who speaks plain English is like pulling hairs. I will not be ordering from this place again. They had plenty of time to ship this order and get it delivered before any bad weather but didn't even have any shipment planned until I called asking why. I know things happen but this was very important. I ordered something else for him. I just want my money back.. you can keep your soggy berries.

Kids sent two boxes today for Valentine's day.dad is very ill.wow our family loved these but what happened.chocolate had so much wax it stuck to our teeth, no flavor in chocolate..strawberries hard so I upset needed cheered...
