Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY IT IS GARBAGE. They screw everything up including the delivery. And when you call to get a refund they downright lie to you telling you it is being processed when in fact they do nothing. I had to call my credit card to deny the charges and let them fight with this dishonest company. Go somewhere else you are being warned!!! Your welcome

was gifted a Shari's Berries order for Valentine's Day from my parents, but it was delivered to the wrong address. When that resident called Shari's Berries about it they said just keep it. When asked by the resident if the intended customer was going to be informed, they were told no, they'd just wait to hear from that customer and deal with it then. My father called Shari's explained the situation, was told refunds were not an option, which the website states they are, but a replacement order would be sent out instead. And shocker, that order never made it here either. I'm shocked at this level of customer service. So many other options for this, and better services, are available, we certainly will not be using Shari's Berries again. And interestingly, this negative comment wasn't accepted to be submitted on their website.

The shipping department must be ex-NFL punters because SOMEBODY was practicing their extra point technique with my order. Busted, shriveled product throughout the box. Just lovely........

They failed to deliver over valentines that I paid extra to be delivered. 2/15 contacted them they guaranteed delivery by 8 pm. No delivery!! 2/16 contacted again they agreed to complete refund and 20$ gift certificate by email. As of 2/25 have received neither. Had to contest charges with my credit card co. Pitiful

Placed an order on Friday, February 12,2021 to be delivered on Monday, February 15th to my daughter. Received a delivery confirmation on Saturday, February 13th that they were delivered to her...but they weren’t. They actually were delivered on Monday, Feb 15th as planned. She received them (a dozen), and some were moldy. I called immediately and was told that a new shipment would be delivered on Wednesday, February 17th. Once again received an email that they were delivered on Wednesday..but still no Strawberries..I wait until Friday, the 19th to call them back to say that no delivery has been made but I received a delivery confirmation. Another delis was set up for Monday/Tuesday, Feb 22-23. Once again I get a delivery confirmation on Monday, Feb 22nd..but guess what..you got it..NO DAMN STRAWBERRIES. It is now Thursday, February 25 and still no delivery has been made. I will be calling AGAIN today for the 3rd time to get a replacement order of a dozen strawberries that never were delivered. At this point it’s a matter of principle!!

Awful service. Save yourself some trouble and do not order from them. Ordered on 2/13/21, for delivery 2/24/21by 8 pm. Sharis berries charged my credit card 2/14/21. Person sent to never received the berries on 2/24 which was a birthday gift. I called sharis berries and they were unable to reach the delivery service. Delivery service had not been answering them all day. Delivery service was Fed Ex. I said I wanted a refund. They said I could have a refund because it was not delivered. They transferred me and after 20 minutes on hold hung up on me. I called back again same results. Now disputing charge with credit card company.

I sent strawberries to someone back in November 2020, and they were received and I was charged. Fast forward to February 2021 and my friend received another order of strawberries and I was charged another 47.69. Problem is I didn't place this order. So they try to tell me it's a replacement order. I ask why when there was nothing wrong with the 1st order. I received the answer that they don't know but they will refund me. 2 weeks go by and no refund. I call again and get hung up on twice when they claim they're trying to transfer me somewhere. I have called yet again today and hoping that this one will take. If not I will have my credit card company open a dispute. I will never order from them again

I wrongly assumed any company still operating after so many years had a quality product. Nope! Tiny berries, soggy, broken coating. Delivered late after paying extra for Saturday delivery. I could have sworn I got some of these many years ago and they were great. These were awful and it appears they have zero customer service to remedy.
