I would rate this a -0. This is not the Sheri’s Berries I’ve ordered from in the past. My daughter ordered me a box for early Mother’s Day. The quality was terrible the berries had chocolate broken exposing the berry. The presentation was disgusting. Some of the berries were really small and all the berries looked and felt like they were a few hours from spoiling. The entire package is trash. I’ve been trying to get thru to customer service for almost 2 days. I’m holding on the line as I’m typing. Finally got someone and she wants to send a replacement, heck no! Then she said she has to speak to my daughter to get a refund. You got all the information order# and charge account already, now I’m pissed. Never ever again! I wish I could upload a picture of the trash received. Thank you for nothing!

Would of gave this a 0 if I could
Would of gave this a 0 if I could. Ordered on April 23rd so there would be no delay for mother's day. dozen chocolate strawberries 2 dozen roses. Supposed to be delivered today. Called customer service stayed on hold a hour. Then someone came on. Told me I canceled order. Them said no it wasn't. Said I only ordered strawberries that I didn't order roses. He had my order pulled up showing what I paid for. Still screwed me around. Never got to talk to a supervisor. This company sucks for customer service not sure of products or if ever will receive the presents. Terrible. Would not recommend!!

This is the worst customer service company ever. My order was supposed to be delivered on May 5th for mother's day. May 5th came and gone and my order never been shipped. I talked to them 3 times and I got three different answers. I tried to talk to the supervisor and got no response. I will call back tomorrow.

disappointment thy name is Sherri’s Berries
I’ve been ordering from Sherri’s Berries for years. It’s my go-to for Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I tried to order some this year for my mom’s birthday in March. I received an email from customer service to call about my order so I did. They informed me that the order would be a day or two late. No problem, I said. Then the representative tried to upsell me on another order. I politely declined. They also said they’d be sending me a $20 voucher for my trouble. Great! Mother’s Day is coming up so I could use it then.
Except the berries for the birthday never arrived. Never even shipped. For whatever reason they’ve been in limbo for TWO MONTHS. No further contact from customer care. I checked my bank account and don’t see the charge processing so I’m unsure what happened here.
I will likely never order from Sherri’s Berries again. This is one of those companies that got too big for its britches and is messing up left and right.

Terrible customer service
Order and never got 4/30 SB said it would come 5/1 and did not, called again and now won't come til 5/12 ? Seriously ridiculous. Also I ordered for my sister and she received spoiled strawberries twice! I'm so done! Can't fully understand the customer service representatives and they couldn't understand me.

Bad quality and unauthorized credit card charges
I ordered from this company once one last year. I saw a charge on my card this month for $32. I called to get a refund and was transferred to five different people to discuss my refund and was finally assured it would happen in 3-5 days. 10 days later still no refund. Now on hold for 15 minutes so far with someone I cannot understand and is clearly speaking on a speaker phone with an echo. Do not order from this incompetent company with horrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

As a valued customer of Shari’s Berries…
As a valued customer of Shari’s Berries for well over ten years, I have received dozens of strawberries from their company and have enjoyed them immensely. The taste of their white chocolate, the presentation, along with the sweetness and juiciness of the berry itself has always made me come back for more.
It's been a couple of years since I’ve ordered from Shari’s Berries and told my husband I would like some for my birthday. He had a dozen of ‘white chocolate berries’ delivered, along with beautiful roses and lilies from Flowers.com (through Shari’s Berries), this past Friday in celebration of my birthday.
Immediately, thrilled to have Shari’s Berries, I opened the dozen! I immediately noticed the presentation of the berries weren’t as previously experienced. Their appearance reminded me of white chocolate dipped strawberries that I get from the food trucks in our neighborhood. They were not fully coated like the strawberries I used to receive from Shari’s Berries. The backsides of the strawberries weren’t fully covered as they were placed on a sheet to dry/harden after getting dipped in the white chocolate.
The strawberries were large in size, like normal, with Shari’s Berries. However, they weren’t sweet whatsoever. I’m not used to that with Shari’s Berries. In fact, I always ordered from Shari’s Berries because of the sweetness of the berries and the incredible taste of the white chocolate, followed by the beautiful presentation of the strawberries in general.
Upon their delivery, I noticed they weren’t delivered the way I’ve always had them delivered before. Instead of receiving a shipment in the mail from California, packed on ice, the Shari’s Berries box itself was delivered on the ground at my front door, while the driver rang the doorbell. This tells me that a local supplier working with Shari’s Berries is the one who processed our order and the very reason why my berries weren’t like they’ve always been previously.
I called Shari’s Berries customer service to inquire about how you process orders now. If they’re shipped from California or if they’re made locally. The customer service rep said they are outsourced to the local area for freshness. Well, I always had freshness when they were shipped to me from California – along with sweetness, presentation, and the juiciness of the strawberries. Quality and taste now lacks greatly.
Please don’t get me wrong, I ate my berries but certainly didn’t enjoy them like I have for many years and many previous deliveries. Now that Shari’s Berries has gone this route, I’ll be searching for a different company which is very unfortunate. I have always been so loyal to Shari’s Berries when it comes to ordering from a company. My advice is to order elsewhere for gourmet strawberries.
No offer to refund upon contacting customer service. I have photos, as well.
