Hardly any chocolate on these Strawberries. Made so cheap. Its such a thin layer like they watered the chocolate down. Do not recommend.

Ugh… 12 roses and 6 chocolate covered strawberries for $158! To be delivered TOGETHER on a specific date. Low and beyond one arrived and one still hasn’t. Happy 1/2 present birthday to my momma😡

Horrible experience. Set up delivery for a specific reason to thank an employee. Was supposed to be delivered by 4:30 on 6/21. Fed Ex did their usual ghosting with delivery. When I called Shari’s Berries I was insulted again by the representative who told me I could just wait for delivery the following day. This was not my expectation and who would want berries that have been sitting in a Fed Ex truck or center overnight???!!! Also, my remedy if the berries were not delivered in good condition was to have them replaced. Why would I want to go back through Shari’s Berries when they couldn’t get it right the first time. How could I trust them to get it right when they couldn’t with the initial order. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM, THEY DONT MEET EXPECTATIONS AMD THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE CONDESCENDING JERKS

I should have known better than to send this as a gift/delivery. It should not be this difficult. I ordered some flowers and a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries to be delivered to my daughter as a surprise and a congratulations gift. It was to arrive on Fri, 6/17 but it was not delivered. I had to research myself to find out the status online. I called and was promised they would re-attempt delivery on Sat, 6/18. No delivery. Called on Sunday and was promised it would be delivered on Mon, 6/19 and I was assured there would be no issues with the strawberries already being 4 days old, along with the flowers. This didn't make sense to me - I see it as 4 less days of enjoyment before wilting or going bad. The package was finally delivered this morning on Mon, 6/19 and my daughter sent me a text showing a photo of how the strawberries looked when she opened the box and then said "well, it's the thought that counts." The box had gotten wet. The berries were inedible and the chocolate had come off of all of them. They looked terrible. Do not order from this company.

Wouldn't suggest ordering from this company!! A simple father's day gift cannot be delivered because doordash can't read an address.... Did you know that they outsourced to doordash? Believe me I checked the address and so did SB disappointed had to cancel my order...My dad couldn't even receive his cake for father'sday Thanks SB

3 orders from them over the past years have all been perfect. The key is to not order on busy holidays or over weekends and to ensure the people on the other end are ready to receive it. The berries are delicious 😋

Very disappointed ordered Chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day - they arrived several days later - rotten..... was persuaded to reorder - however 2nd order was never received - am still waiting for a full refund

Very disappointed!! Ice pack was completely warm, chocolate was completely off of the berries, and they tasted rotten!!!! My daughter sent them to me for Mothers Day! I think they need to reimburse her....
