Order was received late. The 'ice pack' was melted. The berries were sweating, chocolate coating was broken off four of the twelve and scattered everywhere. Stems were brown and the berries were mushy, tasteless and inedible. Disappointing and total waste of money for my daughter because this was my Christmas present.

Worst EVER for deliveries, they lose the order, it doesn't arrive on time, there is always an issue of some sort. I'm surprised I haven't had a stroke with the constant issues Well congratulations Sherry's Berries you have seceded in losing another customer. I will never order from you again. Merry Christmas 🎄

The order arrived at 11 am and was left on my porch. It was 40°outside, so not too hot or cold. They were brought inside a short time later (30 minutes). When I opened the box, I found a note addressed to someone I didn't know and signed by someone I didn't know. I had to contact the business to find out who my order was from.z it turns out my order was switched with another. 15 minutes later- mystery solved. At this time, I thought I'd sample one of the berries. It was nicely decorated. When I bit into (actually I should say attempted to bite into) the berry, it was frozen solid! Hard as a rock!! 12 hours later, I tried to 'sample" another berry. It was thawed, and tasteless except for being bitter and mushy with a weird texture. Until this experience, chocolate covered strawberries were my favorite treat. I think this experience has dropped my desire for them anytime in the near future.

Harassing emails. Daily. Blocked. And still they harass. I’ve asked for them to stop for a WHOLE YEAR NOW. I will never purchase from this place ever again.

Never received for Thanksgiving at my friend's house. I ordered the berries to arrive on November 22nd the day before. Still haven't arrived. WTH!!! I thought I was ordering from a local berry store, and didn't know they were coming from Florida. Now I see they won't arrive until AFTER I'm gone - tomorrow the 24th. They will probably be NASTY and warm. They are sitting in North Charleston today (holiday). So disappointed. I want my money back!!!

They are liars. You will never get the order.

I ordered Berries for a birthday surprise. They were supposed to be delivered the day before the recipients birthday but arrived after the birthday due to a "operational delay" via Fedex. The berries were half rotten and the chocolate was broken up. I called customer service and they sent a replacement 4 days later , however the replacement suffered the same fate. An "operational Error" causing the berries to arrive again in a poor condition, soggy and one was rotten.

I placed an order on 9/5/23 for a delivery on 9/6/23 to a business with a 4pm cutoff time the office closes. I tried tracking the delivery all day online along with chatting online with an agent and then I LIVE Operator. They were unable to provide me a status update on when the order is scheduled for delivery or if it was even out for delivery nor would they provide me a phone number of the local shop processing the order so I could contact them directly. Needless to say the order finally appeared out for delivery in transit at 2:29PM however it never reached the location as once 4pm came I called Shari's berries requesting a refund because the order did not get to the location before it closed for business. I was however granted a full refund which I should receive in 7-10 business days however the disappoint was greater as now I do not have a gift for this special person in my life and I had to ruin the surprise by asking them if they ever received anything before leaving there place of business for the day, I am sure you can imagine the embarrassment I felt having to ask these questions and not delivering a present for there birthday. If I could give an overall rating of ZERO stars I would however I don't believe the overall rating section permits this So I had to indicate one star only. Moving forward I will no longer use Shari's berries or it affiliates 1800 Flowers, Fruit Bouquets, Harry & David Etc.Etc. As they are NOT a reliable company who does its due diligence to see that the orders placed are fulfilled in a timely manner by its outsourcing locations.
