I received a box of Shari’s Berries as a thank you from a customer. They arrived late, the interior ice packs were no longer cold and the berries were gooey. She knew they arrived late so called and had another box sent, I’m assuming at no cost. Upon opening the second box, it was a huge disappointment. The berries were a fraction of what the normal berry size normally is, barely bite sized and I can only think this was done intentionally because a replacement box had to be sent out because their delivery company FedEx who is notorious for late shipments couldn’t make the delivery on time. I know how expensive these things are, shameful on Shari’s Berries part!

I had ordered some of the Disney themed chocolate covered strawberries, they were probably the nastiest things I’ve had in my life, so bad I couldn’t even swallow them, had to spit it right out and throw them away, very disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from this place ever again. Maybe it’s the fruit they pick or the chocolate that needs to be changed, definitely a combination of both needs to be changed because I was ready to throw up.

I ordered 2-2 dozen boxes dipped strawberries to be delivered to my daughter’s wedding. There is NO ability to specify a delivery time, even though it’s promised on the site. After I figured out I needed to contact someone to address the delivery time, I found there is NO customer support. I never found a phone number for Shari’s Berries (SB) so I called 1-800–FLOWERS, the corporate parent. I held for over 1.25 hours listening to the ridiculous marketing loop. No one ever picked up. Moreover, SB’s POLICY is NOT TO DISCLOSE the name of the vendor, so no ability to reach out directly. On the wedding day, I found that SB’S SPLIT THE ORDER between 2 vendors-1 for each 2-dozen item; each 20 miles from venue. Both vendors delivered HOURS before the venue opened. It was a cloudless 90 degree day and 1 of the 2-dozen boxes was left hanging from the venue front door. $150+ for 24 usable strawberries. 24 berries for 96 guests-I didn’t even bother to put them out. Garbage. Colossal waste of effort with massive unnecessary stress on the wedding day. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Better to do without than endure the hassle

I received chocolate covered berries for my birthday. The package arrived in Florida on a 90 degree day by Fed Ex, who didn't ring the doorbell. I was outside and saw them drive away, so they were only on my porch for 3 minutes. I opened the box to find the berries between two pieces of foam , but no freezer bags. The berry box was wet and the berries were sweating covered in moisture. Reading the inserts that they sent with it, it says the berries should all be eaten in one day. These had to have been mailed the day before because they were shipped from a city 400 miles away, and with no refrigeration. The berries were going over ripe. This isn't my first experience with receiving fruit as a gift, and it is my opinion, some things should not be mailed. Fresh cut or chocolate covered fruits cannot withstand the shipping time. Being sent to a hot State like Florida, where there's no forgiveness for heat exposure. Don't waste your money. The person who sent these had good intentions, so do I lie and tell them that everything was wonderful or do I tell him the truth and maybe hurt their feelings.

I ordered my wife a dozen roses and strawberries for our Anniversary. The roses arrived but there were no strawberries in the package. Customer service offered to resend the berries and have them arrive tomorrow. That defeats the purpose considering tomorrow is not our anniversary. I asked for a full refund instead. I won’t be ordering again.

Sent both a floral arrangement/dozen chocolate covered strawberries combination. Floral was really not impressive and the dozen strawberries were inedible. Broken chocolate, a few extremely small strawberries, not fresh, etc. I was so embarrassed. This was my best friends mom that passed away. They offered me a return of half the amount I spent. Unacceptable. Should have offered to also send a new batch of strawberries. Will never use or recommend again.

I ordered my wife gourmet dipped berries with a card and balloon for our anniversary and the order was confirmed. I received an email at 11am on the day of delivery that my order was "out for delivery". Then at 4p I receive an email saying delivery was attempted and they were not able to deliver. My wife is an OT and works in a medical office that fits not close during business hours. I trusted you to deliver on our special day you failed. I called customer service and find out Grub Hub was used to as delivery service.... Don't Trust This Company With Your Special Moments.

I ordered chocolate cover strawberries and chocolate covered cheese cake bites for my sister for her birthday. They arrived by FedEx and were in a nice packing box, the boxes that the strawberries and cheesecake bites were very nice. My sister said they were delicious and fresh. Thank you Sherri’s Berries for such a great experience. I will order from you again.
