Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake trio two weeks in advance and the only thing delivered was the cheesecake trio. Won’t be ordering from Berries.com again. Cheesecake was average to pay $40. Order from Cheesecake Factory, it’s the same price with better quality.

My daughter order a dozen strawberries for delivery on my birthday. Package never arrived from Fedx. New delivery and product was to be delivered 3 days later. Fedx truck shows up, and never left package. I got in my car to chase him down. Once I flagged him down, I asked if he had package for my address. His reply " oh yes," I said why didn't you leave it when you got to my house? "I couldn't find it then!" Fedx has a theft issue and wanted you to be aware.

Belgian chocolate strawberries were huge, fresh and delicious. Definitely will order again.

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday but they never arrived. When he reached out, they convinced him to accept partial refund and allow them to redeliver to make the mistake right. There was no redelivery attempt and had to contact them again to get refund! Do NOT order from this company if you actually want to trust that they will make delivery.

My mother received chocolate covers strawberries for her 94th birthday from my sister. They were melted and warm. Needless to say they ended in the garbage can. I would never buy anything from this company. I let my sister know so she could get a Refund. What she thought was going to be a delightful present for my mother turned out to be a total failure.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered the pink covered berries for my lady on her 63rd birthday and they were shipped to our door in wv. She was thrilled and fulfilled with these treats. She and I agreed that these treats were delicious and berries were extra large and juicy.. No delivery delays and customer service provided was RIGHT ON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASTUTE SERVICES!!!

Total disappointment in the product. The websites pictures of their celebration chocolate birthday cake is deceiving. It is a 4 in round cake ( the size of an orange) for $50. The quality of the cake itself was inferior and the dipped strawberries were not much better. I’ll never order anything from this website again. In hearing my complaints, they offered me a coupon on my next order which I rejected and they gave a partial refund of $37.00 on a $117.00 purchase. 👎👎

The 1st two failed deliveries that was attempted on 6/25 then again on 6/26 went to the wrong address even after I repeatedly gave the company Reps the correct address to assure they get it write this time still didn't make it !! Now we're talking going into the 3rd day final it's delivered but left outside at 8:30am without even attempting to call the recipient as promised before delivering. It was left outside in 90 degree heat on the ground in front of the door in the direct sunlight covered with ants for nearly 8 hours. I asked to be refunded and it was with no problem this is the only thing that was done right by this company. A special thank you was totally ruined. I will never use you guys again !!
