Ben's had just the right parts for the wheel set that I wanted built for my new gravel disc bike. Then to sweeten the deal I got 10% off for being a first time customer, free labor for the build, free shipping, plus no sales tax. The sales tax was big for me. I live in California where the state tax is about 9%. Ben's got the wheels built in a few days and shipped them very well packaged UPS to me in no time. Highly recommended!

Ben's really has serious cyclists figured out, particularly those of us on the "fringe" - singlespeed mountain bikers, commuters, etc. They carry everything you could think of, and I have the advantage of living in Milwaukee, too. Nothing beats the option of ordering online or going to the shop to pick up the exact same component at the exact same price.

the parts I was looking are hard to come by but bens cycle pulled through and made it happen. the staff were very diligent in being able to find the parts I needed and even had the supplier drop shipment directly to me to fulfill the entire order. excellent customer service, great communication and perfect follow through with my order. thank you Matt and the team at bens cycle. I order a hard to find part from Ben's and they not only had it in stock, the price was lower than anywhere else and they shipped it next day.

I had a problem with the delivery address as recorded in my order through the website, which was compounded by the general ineptitude of my local post office. Communication with the shop was a bit poor, but what they actually did was beyond expectations. I would order from them again without h hesitation.
