I like when a shop delivers on the front side of their delivery schedule. they said 1-3 days to ship, and it went out on day 1. two days later, the product arrives, as described... Good stuff, will visit Ben's again!

A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.
